We start with a real conversation — not a one-line brief. We ask about team culture, the shifts that are hardest to fill, and what success looks like in 90 days. Then we interview every candidate personally before a single name reaches you.

You get a shortlist of three to five real fits with written notes on each, not a list of twelve to sort through.

You’ll meet Erinn personally — on video or in person — before we put your name forward. We take the time to understand your career goals, the environment you thrive in, and your non-negotiables.

After placement, we check in at week one, month one, and month three. No ghosting, no generic emails — real conversations.

Every candidate is personally interviewed — never forwarded on paper alone. We verify AHPRA registration, check NDIS Worker Screening and NCCHC, and call references directly (never outsourced).

Clinical competence is the baseline. The question we really drill into is *why care?* — because that’s what separates someone who shows up from someone who stays.
